When prospective buyers use our interactive qualification bot to schedule walkthroughs, choose visit slots, or indicate financing readiness:

✓PropOmni NEVER sells, rents, licenses, or broadcasts buyer contact lists to third-party telemarketers, cold-callers, banks, or rival brokerages.

1Information We Collect

We collect information only as necessary to deliver fast, localized real estate marketing collateral:

Broker & Publisher Profile: Name, agency brand, WhatsApp contact number, and professional regulatory registration ID (e.g., RERA, DLD Trakheesi, CRECI).
Property Data: Property type, pricing, intent (Sale/Rent), architectural finish highlights, and approximate geographic location.
Visual Media: Up to 3 uploaded property photographs, processed through client-side WebP compression.
Buyer Leads: Prospective buyer names, WhatsApp numbers, preferred viewing time slots, and financing status submitted via the qualification widget.

2Homeowner Privacy Radius & Anti-Bypass Geolocation

To protect property owners and prevent unauthorized drive-bys or commission poaching, PropOmni does not publicly disclose exact door numbers or pinpoint residential street addresses on public landing pages.

Fuzzy Radius Protection: Our interactive map component (LocationPicker) renders a standardized 500-meter privacy radius circle. Prospective buyers explore the neighborhood perks, transit hubs, and school proximity while preserving homeowner physical privacy until pre-qualified.

3Cookie Transparency & LocalStorage Usage

PropOmni believes in clean, non-intrusive software engineering. We do NOT deploy cross-site tracking cookies, persistent advertising beacons, or third-party behavioral profiling scripts.

LocalStorage Disclosure (`propsnap_draft_v1`): We utilize browser client-side `localStorage` exclusively to auto-save in-progress listing drafts. If a broker accidentally refreshes their mobile browser or switches tabs during a phone call, their typed inputs are restored safely without data loss. You may clear your saved draft at any time using the "Clear Draft" button on the builder card.

4Security & Cloud Storage Infrastructure

PropOmni enforces modern cryptographic and technical safeguards across our pipeline:

Transport Security: All client-to-server traffic is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 with strict HTTP security headers (HSTS, nosniff, SAMEORIGIN).
Optimized Storage: Property images are compressed to WebP locally in your browser before upload, and stored securely on enterprise CDN infrastructure (ImageKit.io / Cloudflare R2).
Database Protection: Database records are hosted in isolated PostgreSQL clusters (Supabase) protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

5Data Subject Rights & Deletion

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full rights over your information:

Right of Access & Portability: Brokers can review, edit, or download their listing collateral and lead history at any time from the Broker Dashboard.
Right to Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): Brokers may archive or permanently remove listings. Buyers who submitted viewing inquiries may request prompt deletion of their contact record by emailing privacy@propomni.com.
